DESCRIPTION:We have created a very special event visiting the Lover’s fountain in Rennes-les-Bains and the town of Rennes-le-Château.\nWe will bath in the feminine energies of the Lovers Fountain and connect to the energy\, the healing and transformation of this sacred place. At the end of our visit we will also visit the mystical town of Rennes-le-Château\, the sacred place surrounded by so much history and mystery.\n\n\n  \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				What’s included in the price of 200 €:\n* Car lift back and forth to Rennes-les-Bains from a meeting point at Le Somail\, with a possible pick up at Narbonne or nearby. SUMMARY:2 day healing retreat with cacao ceremony and sunrise yoga
DESCRIPTION:Emily and myself (Johanna) have created a wonderful 2 day retreat collaborating with our wonderful network of peopled in this special area\, @natureand nurture and @CatherineLabbe. \n2 day healing retreat to connect with yourself\, heal whatever is needed in this moment\, to pause and let your light shine ✨. \nVisit to a sacred site\, individual healing\, cacao ceremony and gong bath and sunrise yoga on a hill.\nWe drive to the abbey of Villemagne. Here we will perform a special ceremony to welcome and protect you\, and also connect the group on a deep spiritual level.\nWe will then visit the abbey and the surrounding garden\, with enough space for you to connect to\, feel and process the energies in your own personal way\, but with the full support of myself and Johanna\, and also the rest of the group.\nAfter this we have a home made vegetarian picnic made by @EmilyReiki in the beautiful garden. \nWe then drive to the beautiful tiny hamlet of Graissesac to settle into our accommodation. A quaint country house in this peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature. Here we have time for Reiki treatments from Emily and myself or just being together to heal in whatever way feels right. \nIn the evening we then take part in a cacao ceremony and gong bath on nearby mountain hosted by the amazing @SusannahCartwright and @CatherineLabbe. Afterwards it is a short 15 minute drive back to our accommodation for the night\, where a light snack is served before an early bed time.\nThe following morning we get up early for a sunrise yoga on the mountain. Afterwards we head back to the house for a nice breakfast in the garden. We leave the the rest of the morning open to allow whatever yesterday’s energies have brought up\, to settle in and be healed. We will also have time to explore and walk around the village before we head back home.\nWe will aim to be back in Le Somail or your location for around 1pm. \nThe price of €235\,- includes: \n\nTransport from Le Somail or locality\nPicnic and ceremony\nVisit at the Abbey of Villemagne\nCacao ceremony and gong bath\nLight snack in the evening\nAccommodation in the house in Graissesac\nBreakfast\nReiki treatments or alternative healings\n\nTwo wonderful days to connect to yourself and heal whatever is needed at the moment to help you shine. ✨

DESCRIPTION:Life can very often get in the way or you taking care of yourself!\nHow often do you find yourself saying…… it’s not the right time\, I’ll start some self care after X\, Y or Z! Then when that time arrives\, there’s another reason not to. \nThis day will be a much needed pause to reset and see what exactly it is that you are feeling and what you most need? Your choice of 2 individual treatments to ease those tense muscles\, and help you calm your thoughts.\nI am really happy to be working with the amazing massage therapist Vanessa Bailey. During this day we will help you focus on you\, and your personal well-being. \nThe price of €125 per person will include:\n\nA guided lesson incorporating stretching\, movement and breathing exercises aimed at really connecting you to your body. Followed by\n\n\na guided visualisation to put your body into a deep state of relaxation and connection. Your body is always trying to tell you something…. to help you…. and when we tune in\, feel\, and ask the right questions in the right way\, we can receive some amazingly insightful answers.\n2 individual 40 minute treatments of your choice of the following:\n\nFrom myself:\n\nReiki\nCranial massage\nPast life regression\n\n\nFrom Vanessa\n\nDeep tissue massage\nReflexology\nLymphatic drainage\n\n\n\n\nA three course home made vegetarian lunch\, made with local seasonal products.
