DESCRIPTION:2 day healing retreat Graissessac\nMyself and Johanna have created a wonderful 2 day retreat in the beautiful hamlet of Graissesac. \nOn arrival in the quaint little house we will enjoy a home made healthy lunch made with real love and care. Then we will hold a special ceremony to welcome and protect you\, and also connect the group on a deep spiritual level. \nWe will then take a walk into the stunning woods surrounding the hamlet. We will allow nature to envelop us and will find the perfect spot to really invite in the healing energies of the trees\, plants\, rocks\, and river that the walk follows. We will do a group guided meditation that will further unite our group\, and also allow space for your own personal healing and exploration. \nYour accommodation is included in this special price. You will feel completely at home\, and safe to share\, or not!… your experiences. If you would like to bring a pad and pen\, writing your experiences down can really help the healing process. \nYour choice of either a coaching session with Johanna or Reiki session with me\, in the evening before dinner. A healthy home made evening meal is also included. \nThe next morning we will start the day with gentle stretching/yoga and a guided relaxation/visualisation. Then we will have breakfast. DESCRIPTION:Voyage sonore / Bain de gong\nWhat is a gong bath?\nIn a gong bath you are “bathed” by sound\, vibrations and frequencies\, which emanate from the gong. You lie down comfortably on a yoga mat\, with a pillow\, blanket\, eye mask is also a nice option for full immersion. The important thing is that you are comfortable\, and warm (as your body temperature drops when you enter a state of deep relaxation) I have yoga mats and blankets you can borrow. \nThe sound of the gong takes each person into their own unique experience. I also use an array of different instruments/bowls/rattles which have a very healing effect and can really take you within different parts of yourself. \nSpending time in this relaxed alpha and theta states has been proven to reduce stress\, improve blood pressure\, and stimulate creativity\, memory\, focus and support an overall peaceful mood.As vibrational beings\, our frequency determines all aspects of our life. Emotional blocks from past traumas\, stay in our physical bodies\, vibrating at a lower frequency. The vibration of the gong can enable us to confront these blocks\, and release them during a gong bath. This can bring up a whole array of feelings\, emotions\, physical sensations\, visions. If we are open we can really enter and explore our subconscious\, in the most safe\, healing and beautiful way. \nAfterwards we will come back with a drink and cake. \nQu’est-ce que c’est un bain de gong?\nDans un bain de gong\, vous êtes “baigné” par le son\, les vibrations et les fréquences qui émanent du gong.
