Well-being day with Reiki and sacred geometry drawing workshop

I am really excited to be running another very special and very creative well-being day with Jane.

I will lead us all on a visualisation journey that will unlock your creative flow, and help you feel a strong connection with nature.
After we are all in this relaxed state, Jane will explain sacred geometry simply and clearly, and will guide you through a process of creation.

Achieving beautiful symmetrical patterns and forms, all of which are found in nature itself. The Flower of Life, Torus, Sri Yantra and Metatron’s cube are beautiful expressions of nature in perfect harmony.
You will create your own unique design with the help of focussed mindful connection, becoming completely immersed in the process. And you will get to take home your creation!

The price of the day will be 85€, and this includes:
* tea and home made cakes or biscuits
* 3 course home made vegetarian lunch
* 20 minute Reiki treatment
