Your body is trying to talk to you all the time. Every ache, pain, illness is directing you to go deeper into the spiritual and psychological reasons. Every ‘negative’ emotion you feel, every time something or someone triggers a negative emotional reaction in you, it is because you are suppressing or not addressing something. It is actually ‘help’.
The universe is trying to help you see a part of yourself that you are currently unable to see. Usually part of your conditioning or some deeply suppressed emotion.
The aim of this retreat
Creating the space to be able to listen to these messages is the aim of this retreat.
You will meet several amazingly gifted, and talented therapists that can show you a different way to becoming more in line with your souls’ truth and purpose. Helping you break unhelpful habitual thought patterns, and shed the layers of protection we have all put around us.
As you start to feel safe and loved, your heart opens, and your beautiful vulnerability can shine through. A new, and much more honest, way of being emerges, which is in fact, your true self. Your soul. Who you really are, but have forgotten.

Day 2 - 6
8am – Stretching / meditation / relaxation class
9.30am – Breakfast

11am – Gong bath
1pm – Lunch
3pm – Relaxation time and aromatherapy massage with Jacky (included in price).
7pm – Dinner and sharing of the days’ healing.
Day 3
11am – Alison will take you exploring your inner world through painting freely. Discover your divine imagination and creativity.
1pm – Lunch
2.30pm – Mixed media art workshop with Alison.
6.30pm – Dinner and sharing
Day 5
10.30am – Introduction to hypnotherapy with Amanda. Followed by a group hypnotherapy session.
2pm – Lunch
3.30pm – Boat trip along the Canal du Midi or Individual hypnotherapy or Past life regression treatment with Amanda (extra charge).
7pm – Dinner
Day 6
10.30am – Group talk and coaching session with Johanna. This will enable you to create a future plan and use tools to move forward.
1pm – Lunch
3pm – Your choice of free relaxation time or Paid individual coaching session with Johanna or Other treatment.
7pm – Dinner

Your accommodation for this soul healing retreat has been very specifically chosen for its energies, healing atmosphere, and for being of the highest standard in comfort and quality.
The owner, Anthony, is a very special friend who has had a connection and knowledge of all things spiritual for most of his 70 years of life.
The house in Le Somail was bought and renovated by following his heart, and a very special calling from the universe to create a space of healing for people.
Along with his friends he completed the renovation project infusing every detail and choice of decor and furnishing with love and beautiful taste.
Different rooms and spots within the beautiful gardens, have very specific and differing energy fields. You will feel and be drawn to the ones you most need. There is magic here! And an ambiance like no other house I have ever been in before!
You will feel comfortable, completely relaxed and totally at home the minute you walk through the door!
Anthony has filled this space with beauty and love, and a huge potential to heal on the very deepest spiritual level.
It feels as though the house itself, and the trees and flowers in the garden are helping your own healing process…… Because they really are!
