A vibration
A frequency
Always there
Always on
It is you
Your transmission
Your musical note
Your point of attraction
You must be really quiet to hear it
Really enter the stillness
You might think it’s not there
But it is
It is beyond your thoughts
Behind your breath
It flows through your physical body
But it is not that either
Words can not truly express it
For they are just symbols
But they are all we have
To try and capture something impossible to capture
To try and describe something
Beyond description
Like trying to catch smoke
And hold it in your hands
Stop it from changing shape
Instead you must watch it change shape
Then disappear
Dispersed into the air
Until it becomes invisible to you
But it is still there
Just more spread out
And so unperceiveable for your eyes
You are that smoke
It is your soul
Your essence
You can take whatever shape you wish
Whatever form you decide
Or no form
No shape
An idea
A feeling
A sound
An element
A feeling
It is all you
You are all it
A flow of becoming
Put yourself wherever you want to be
By going into the feeling
Focus all your attention
Onto what you wish to experience
Because you are actually experiencing it all now
Somewhere
Your soul is a part of everything
So you already know what it’s like to be the version of you that is content and free
That loves every imperfect part of themself
You already are the version of you in the arms of your soulmate
That feels seen, heard, accepted and loved unconditionally
The version that can relax
Stop pretending
Not worry about what other people think
Be completely comfortable in your body
Be free
Then out and out you can travel
You can put your awareness anywhere
The person standing in front of you
The bird flying overhead
The fallen leaf blowing along the ground
And the tree from which that leaf fell
The tiny ant crawling up that tree
The whole colony of ants all following the same instructions
The tiny particle of soil the ant moves
The whole garden teaming with life
The individual falling rainfdrop
And the whole living breathing rainforest
The rivers
The mountains
The vastest desserts
Out and out
And in and in
The macrocosm
And the microcosm
So open up your receiver
Let the person you believe yourself to be
Step aside
Ask for guidance
Otherwise you will limit yourself
Ask to be shown that which will help you on your path
Know you know nothing
Know you can’t hold anything
Be as a tiny child talking their first step
Into unknown, uncharted territory
An adventure
An exploration
And no mistakes possible
Just different things to learn
And experience
And you don’t even have to go anywhere
This is all happening in your mind

Play
