How to make this life the one that breaks the cycles?

Awareness that it is all you
Creating every single aspect of your life
Nobody else can make you do anything
Make you feel anything
It has always been you
You are the one steering

It is your own fear

Keeping yourself small
Not daring to be who you are
Express what you feel
Say what you actually think
Follow the path that makes you feel full and happy

We are all living to feel safe
To please others
Because we inherently feel there is something wrong with us

What if there isn’t?

What if those that taught us also felt wrong?
But feeling wrong felt like failure
So they had to pretend
Pretend they knew what they were doing
So the outside world couldn’t see
That inside there was a frightened child

We are all frightened children

Every single one of us
Without exception
Searching for a feeling
A feeling we can’t even remember
Like we were homesick
But we don’t know what or where home is

A loneliness within
A longing in our heats
Like we are an alien in a foreign land
We are different
And we should be the same
We are getting it wrong
And we should be getting it right

Well…. You are right!
But your looking from the wrong perspective

You ARE an alien

You all came from starlight
And chose to have an experience on earth
Before you came
You knew that you were part of something great and beautiful
You did not know what separation was
You only knew oneness, love and acceptance
These are the feelings you are trying to remember

You ARE different

This is a very good thing
There is, never has been, and never will be
Across the whole of existence
Anyone the same as you
I mean…… How incredible is that?
No-one else that sees, thinks, feels in the way that you do
Ever!
And this is as l exactly as it’s meant to be

Imagine a world where everyone is the same

They all think the same
Hold the same opinions
Have the same likes and dislikes
The same talents and skills
The same personality traits
Would that be a world you would choose to live in?

To embrace your uniqueness
To shine in your own way
And to accept others in all their glorious differences

Remember who you are
And that life should feel good
Your decisions should excite you

Fear is not real
It is a trick of the ego
A caveat in the game of life
There is no death

Nothing that’s sensible
